Our Beginning

In 2023–2024, Sophia and Amanda crossed paths while supporting several long-standing families in the valley. Though their work began separately, they quickly recognized a shared purpose: providing thoughtful, respectful care to individuals and families who have played a foundational role in this community.

Through their work and lived experience in the valley, Sophia, Amanda, and Kyler recognized an opportunity to thoughtfully support families seeking to age in place with dignity and continuity. Guided by shared values of compassion, discretion, and trust, they came together to create a home care agency that provides in home personal care services and is designed to honor the individuals and families who call this valley home.

Together, they came together not simply as colleagues, but as partners committed to honoring the past and supporting the future. Their work is focused on helping families receive the care, guidance, and advocacy they need to age in place and remain connected to the community they helped build.

The name JG Private Care Management reflects this mission. JG is a subtle and intentional acknowledgment of the individuals and families whose stories inspired the creation of the organization and continue to guide its values.

Looking ahead, Sophia, Kyler, and Amanda are building something uniquely tailored for the mountain families they serve, a home care agency that providing in-home personal care services that understands the complexities of life at the highest levels and supporting loved ones as they age. Their vision is to create a trusted partner, one that offers seamless support for every detail of care, while always respecting privacy and discretion.
