This also includes a complimentary start of care appointment with a nurse and a continuum of care appt every 6 months to track your loved one's progress. You can schedule services every day of the week and receive an update sheet at the end of every shift to let you keep up on your family member's health progress. A dedicated team is available to assist you and your loved ones. Your needs are met by a team of Nurses, Physical Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, Techs, and Transportation Specialists, addressing every detail to your satisfaction. Just give us a 72 hour heads up!
